On the 21st March our P7 children were invited to compete in the Malachy McGeeney Small Schools Cup at St Killian’s GAA grounds. ⚽️
The first game began strong with a striking goal from Kyla Keatings. Into the second half we got a fantastic score from Patrick James and a great shot from Kayla Markey. Some good kick outs from Ella. The game ended with two scores from the opponent team.
The next game started with a good kick out from Emanuelle. We seen an amazing block from Rachael, a brilliant save from Emanuelle, a great tackle from Cathal and another great score from Kyla.
On the forward line we had great team work from Kayla, Cassie and Sherena. Our defence Rachael and Cathal kept us in a strong position. Our 2 goalkeepers Emanuelle and Ella working tirelessly. Finally, our mid fielders Kyla and Patrick James carried us to the finish line ending this game with a fantastic draw.
Overall, a great performance from the Primary 7s today!! 👏🏻🤩
